NTFS is the leading school for training tomorrow’s creative industry, whose prestigious alumni have won 14 Oscars and 165 BAFTAs. NTFS offers more than 30 MA, Diploma and Certificate courses, as well as a package of short courses and training across several UK campuses. To give students the most rounded understanding of the production industry, they are trained in the importance and need for risk assessment.
Before adopting RiskPal in the summer of 2021, NFTS used document-based risk assessments and had unsuccessfully trialled another digital platform. Having found the alternatives too cumbersome or technically unreliable, NFTS adopted RiskPal far more quickly than expected and has not looked back since.
Benefiting from RiskPal’s easy configuration, the School has been able to create a range of specialist templates and advice that are focused and relevant to their specific departmental needs and activities. The risk assessment process has been streamlined, students are now more familiar with their safety responsibilities and the School is already reviewing how RiskPal can be used in other areas of risk management operations.
